Great Pizza

Had pizza and salad here the Saturday of Easter week-end. Pizza was delicious, crisp crust covered with gooey cheese and plenty of sauce. The house dressing for the salad, a creamy balsamic was wonderful. The waitress was friendly and efficient and service was excellent.

New Owner- Very Disappointing Results

We used to order from here all the time on a regular basis because the food was fabulous, quick delivery, never messed up your order, very reliable, on and on. Since the new owner took over it has been such a different experience I am now walking away. The first time I ordered my "usual" dinner order, I knew something changed because the portions were much smaller and the pizza tasted different. I thought it was an off night so I ordered again but the second time wasn't time was not any better. They forgot stuff, got the order wrong and portion still much smaller. When I called to address the mistakes they were not nice at all, blamed it on us and basically hung up on me. Decided to give one last shot since it is now months later and I thought they may have worked out the kinks of being the new owners... This was the last straw, we placed a rather large delivery order, well over $100 ( at least we tried to) After being put on hold three times to ask questions to the kitchen like "Do we have broccoli rabe tonight?" and do we have any soup tonight? Clearly the person on the phone did not know very much. She then turned around and said we are not going to be able to deliver to Belmar, we are too busy and hung up! She didn't ask us if we wanted to pick it up! I told her it was a delivery before I placed the order. I also told her you deliver here all the time and could you bring a new menu because our old one had so much writing on it!!! That is it for us, we were loyal regulars for years but the new ownership will not get a penny from me ever again. We used to recommend this place to everyone we knew, now it will be exactly the opposite.

Good pizza and quick service

Pizza was better than average served by friendly, helpful staff. Tables inside and out. Attractive milieu. Always offer to heat up slices. Convenient to shops and park around lake. Saw several mothers with young children do take a way and return to picnic tables in park.

Ok

Our pizza was cut uneven and burnt. Only here for a few days. But next time here I wont bother visiting again. Maybe it was a bad day for the pizza maker. Stuff happens

Quick late lunch

Pizza was great. We had a basic plain pizza. Nice thin crust, good sauce, lots of cheese. Service was fast and friendly. Great place to stop for a quick bite.

Good pizza

Nice little pizzeria but gets really crowded. Seems to have a very nice manager but u trained and unfriendly servers. Took forever to get waited on and they were not busy just too busy with boyfriend at back table. Servers can make or break your meal and unfortunately our made us tense and unhappy. We live in town but have not gone back. Too bad because the pizza was good. Soup was too. Flat soda out of fountain get bottles.

Great pizza and quick service

Great white pizza and traditional cheese on a recent visit! Service is quick and friendly, and the pizza is delicious! Ate inside on a particularly hot afternoon, and it was clean and cool. A nice break!

Good Pizza and Dinners, Strange Takeout rule

The food is very good. Dinners come with pasta, bread and salad, if you eat in the restaurant. If you are ordering to go, you do not get a salad. Seems strange to me. This is the only place that does this.

Thank god this place was here !

After having a not too filling meal at a local fine dining restaurant we had to pick up a slice or two for my family and I and it was so good that we ended up taking a pie back to our house for our other family members and freinds so they could try this local pizza. Very goo and highly recommendable if ever in the center of town.

Descent Pizza

We stopped in here for a late dinner and split a personal pizza and a meatball sandwich. I preferred the pizza and will note I am very picky about my meatballs.

Delicious!

We sat outside and enjoyed a quick slice. Pizza was not greasy and the taste was perfect. The service was great, and it's a quick walk from the boardwalk and beach in Spring Lake.

Very good pizza and decent other options

Great pizza, particularly if you live or are staying in town and want something quick and easy. Pizza is very tasty, never greasy and fast both in store and delivery. I love the verdure veggie pies. Their creamy balsamic house dressing is great on the salads. Sandwiches and entrees are decent as well.

Stopped in late one night while on vacation in Spring Lake Got a personal pizza which was absolutely deliciousThe crust was nice and crispy and had just the right amount of cheese and sauceWill definitely visit again when in the Spring Lake area

Location good

Staff are nice and helpful, good thin pizza with mushrooms. Good location right in town. Seems to be popular stop.
